We're a family-owned holiday lighting company serving Whittier and surrounding areas, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our installation crew this Christmas season. If you enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of heights, and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced team that gets to make homes and businesses look incredible for the holidays, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Install professional Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties Work on roofs, ladders, trees, fences, and other exterior areas Measure, cut, and install custom-fit holiday lighting Help load and unload trucks, ladders, lights, and equipment Troubleshoot and repair lighting when needed Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional Work alongside a crew lead to complete installations efficiently Assist with holiday light takedowns after the season What We're Looking For Comfortable working on ladders and roofs Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to follow instructions and work well with a team Detail-oriented—we want our installs looking great! Able to lift approximately 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Previous Christmas light, roofing, construction, landscaping, electrical, or other trade experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right people. Schedule This is a seasonal position , primarily running from approximately October through January , with our busiest period occurring in November and December. Hours may vary based on weather and installation schedule. Candidates with flexible availability during peak season are preferred. Why Join Mc Nick's?
