We provide professional cleaning services for residential homes, apartments, property management companies, offices, banks, medical offices, and short-term rental properties. This is a flexible contract position where you can accept cleaning assignments based on your availability. We are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and consistently deliver high-quality results for every client. Job Duties Perform residential and commercial cleaning services to company standards. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces. Restock supplies when requested by the client. Complete move-in, move-out, recurring, deep cleaning, and turnover cleaning services. Inspect your work before leaving each property to ensure quality. Report any property damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues. Communicate professionally with the company regarding scheduling and completed jobs. Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance. Follow all safety procedures while using cleaning products and equipment. Skills & Qualifications Required Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Smartphone with internet access. Ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and dependability. Professional communication skills. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks. Authorized to work in the United States. Must own reliable cleaning equipment and supplies needed to complete residential and commercial cleaning services. Preferred Previous residential, commercial, hotel, janitorial, or housekeeping experience. Experience with apartments, offices, medical facilities, or short-term rental turnovers.
