We are seeking reliable individual cleaning professionals for assignments in Bridgeport and Stamford, Connecticut, with additional opportunities in Mount Vernon and the Bronx, New York. Compensation $28-$35 per hour equivalent, paid according to each accepted cleaning assignment. Assignment scope, expected completion window, and compensation are provided before acceptance. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed. What you will do Accept or decline available cleaning assignments based on your availability. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and other agreed areas. Follow the written assignment scope and use safe cleaning practices. Protect customer property, privacy, keys, and access information. Communicate promptly about arrival, completion, or service issues. Deliver consistent, professional cleaning results. Qualifications Individuals with residential, hotel, janitorial, housekeeping, or professional cleaning experience are welcome to apply. Reliable transportation or another dependable way to travel between customer locations is required. If you plan to drive for assignments, you must have a valid driver's license. You must be legally authorized to perform services in the United States. KrispiClean does not provide immigration sponsorship. You must be able to perform the essential cleaning functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. You must communicate professionally and protect customer privacy and property. You must be willing to complete lawful, job-related identity and customer-access screening after receiving all required notices and consent forms. Equipment KrispiClean provides the cleaning equipment required for accepted assignments. Contractors provide their own phone and reliable transportation. Independent-contractor arrangement This is an independent-contractor opportunity. You may accept or decline assignments without penalty, provide services to other customers, and control how you perform accepted work subject to the agreed result, customer-property protections, and lawful safety requirements. You are responsible for your own taxes and personal operating expenses. Actual legal classification is determined by applicable law and the working relationship, not the job title or Form 1099 alone.
