Last season we did well over a hundred homes. This season we are adding trucks, and we need installers who want to earn real money for about twelve weeks of hard, outdoor work. Straight talk on what this is. You will be on ladders and roofs all day, some of them high and steep, six days a week from late September to early December. The days are long and the work is physical. If you have done roofing, gutters, tree work, or anything else where you earn it, you already know the rhythm.

We are not looking for a lot of people. We are looking for two who take pride in doing hard work well. What the job is You are on a two-person crew installing custom-cut C9 roofline lighting, wreaths, and garland on residential homes. You work on ladders and on roofs every day, including high and steep rooflines. This is not a ground-only job. Both the lead and the assistant go up. Leads also build the jobs their truck hangs: cutting line, lamping bulbs, and staging bins at the shop before install. Days start at the shop around 7am and run until the day's jobs are done. Six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Most weeks will run past 50 hours during the peak in October and November. Your crew owns the quality of what it hangs. If something you installed needs to be fixed, your crew goes back and fixes it. How the pay works You earn a percentage of every job your truck installs. Across the season it averages $200 to $350 per day, plus tips from the homeowner, which are yours. You are guaranteed at least $15 per hour for every hour you work, no matter what. Commission always runs well above that. Paid every other Friday by direct deposit. Who we are looking for Comfortable on a ladder and on a roof, two stories up, all day. Shows up at 7am every day. Reliable transportation to the shop in Orlando. Available six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from now through the first week of December. We take Thanksgiving off. Handy. You have worked with your hands: roofing, gutters, framing, painting, pressure washing, landscaping, cable or solar install, anything outdoors and physical. Takes pride in clean work.
