What You'll Do Clean residential homes according to Hughes Cleaning Co.'s quality standards Perform recurring cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and Airbnb turnovers Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and detail kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Take before-and-after photos of completed work Communicate professionally with customers when needed Follow company cleaning checklists and service procedures Report any damages, safety concerns, or customer issues promptly What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and professional appearance Excellent customer service skills Reliable transportation Smartphone with camera and internet access Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required Contractor Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Smartphone with internet access Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Able to lift up to 30 pounds Comfortable working around pets Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Earn 60% of every completed cleaning assignment Estimated earnings of $25
