This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving day-to-day property issues, and helping homeowners keep their homes well-maintained and cared for. This is not a construction or licensed trade position — it is a customer-focused property support and handyman role.

Responsibilities Typical tasks may include:

General handyman and property maintenance tasks Pressure washing and exterior cleaning Interior and exterior window cleaning Gutter cleaning and roof debris removal Minor repairs and touch-ups Hanging fixtures, replacing hardware, assembling items Seasonal home preparation and organization Moving outdoor furniture and installing covers Property inspections and home watch visits Running occasional property-related errands Assisting homeowners with customized task lists Identifying issues proactively and reporting them to management What We're Looking For Professional and trustworthy attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently Clean appearance and respectful demeanor in client homes Basic handyman experience and comfort using tools Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and working outdoors Valid driver's license Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Handyman services Property maintenance Home watch / estate management Pressure washing Window cleaning Concierge-style residential services Important Notes This position does not require HVAC, plumbing, or electrical licensing.
