Experience What You'll Do:

General Repairs:

Fix plumbing leaks, unclog drains, replace broken lights, repair faulty electrical outlets/switches, and fix damaged furniture, doors, and hardware.

HVAC and Systems:

Check, clean, and maintain heating, air conditioning, and ventilation units so they run well. Troubleshoot minor issues.

Preventative Maintenance:

Regularly inspect guest rooms, common areas, and equipment to stop problems before they start. Keep a maintenance log.

Guest Service:

Answer repair requests quickly and politely from the front desk while respecting guest privacy.

General Upkeep:

Paint walls, patch drywall, fix tiles, do minor carpentry, and care for outdoor areas, parking lot, and pool area.

What We're Looking For:

Previous maintenance / handyman experience preferred (hotel, apartment, or facilities a plus) Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry Able to safely use hand and power tools Reliable, punctual, able to work independently Able to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, climb ladders Friendly, professional, and respectful to guests and staff Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
