Savannah, GA and surrounding areas Genius Mindz LLC is seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Handyman / Maintenance Technician to assist with a growing workload of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in general home repairs and enjoys working on a variety of different projects.

Job Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

General handyman and property maintenance repairs Interior and exterior painting Drywall repair and patching Door hardware and lock replacement Fence and minor carpentry repairs Blind installation and replacement Weather stripping and minor weatherproofing Caulking and sealing Toilet repairs and replacement of minor plumbing components Minor fixture installation and repairs Wallpaper removal and surface preparation Basic carpentry Property turnover and punch-list work Other general maintenance and repair projects as assigned Compensation This is a contract/job-based position and is not paid hourly. Compensation will be determined based on the individual project, scope of work, difficulty, estimated labor, and responsibilities assigned. Each worker will be informed of the agreed-upon compensation for a project before beginning the work.

Examples may include:

Smaller service jobs with a fixed labor amount Larger repair projects with a negotiated percentage or fixed payment Multi-day projects with compensation determined by the project scope Payments are issued weekly for completed and approved work. Earnings will vary based on the number, type, and size of projects completed.
