We're seeking a Part-Time Property Inspector to be our eyes and hands in the field — ensuring each home looks perfect and is ready to welcome guests. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and love working independently, this might be the perfect fit.What You'll Do:
Inspect luxury vacation rentals to ensure they meet Luxe Maui's quality and cleanliness standards. Verify that maintenance and cleaning tasks are completed properly; note and report anything needing attention. Document property conditions with photos and clear notes. Deliver items or amenities to guests and assist with troubleshooting, when needed — helping create exceptional experiences. Restock supplies and track what's needed for each property.What We're Looking For:
✅ Reliable transportation (SUV or truck helpful for carrying supplies). ✅ Flexible schedule — most hours fall between 11-4 PM, depending on check-outs/ins and guest needs; need to be available 7 days a week and holidays, with rotating days off based on business needs. ✅ Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. ✅ Ability to work independently with professionalism and care. ✨ Experience in hospitality, property management, customer service, or maintenance is a plus — but not required if you bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a great eye for detail!Why You'll Love Working With Us:
