$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description: Job Overview We are seeking experienced Cleaning Professionals to join our network in the Quad Cities. We specialize in creating spotless, welcoming environments, and we are looking for partners who take immense pride in their craft. This is a 1099 Contract position perfect for established solo cleaners or small cleaning businesses looking to fill their schedules with high-quality residential, commercial, and post-construction projects.

Location:

Davenport, IA (and surrounding Quad Cities)

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour (Earned via flat-rate per job)

Job Type:

Contract (1099)

Requirements Proven Experience:

Professional residential or commercial cleaning experience is a must.

Professional Equipment:

You must provide your own reliable transportation and professional-grade cleaning supplies (including a vacuum).

Business Essentials:

You must carry your own Liability Insurance and be able to pass a background check.

Reliability:

We value punctuality and a "white-glove" standard of cleanliness. Our Preference While we welcome high-performing individuals, we have a strong preference for established cleaning businesses and seasoned solo operators who already have their own systems and standards in place.
