Premier Lighting is hiring a dependable person to help our crew install Christmas lights. No experience needed, and you do not have to get on roofs. We can use someone who helps on the ground. If you have installation experience and can work on roofs or lead a crew, we'd like to hear from you, too. Pay and schedule $15-$22 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities, plus tips. Customer tips can be generous, though they vary. Full-time preferred. We typically work four 10-hour days per week. Available only a few days per week? We're open to that if you can commit to a consistent schedule. Start immediately and work for approximately 2-3 months. What you'll do Help load and unload ladders, tools, and supplies. Get supplies ready and keep materials organized. Help build custom-fit light strands for each home—measure and cut wire, screw in bulbs, and prepare lights for installation. Put lights on bushes and other ground-level areas. Install lights along rooflines if you're comfortable with heights and can do so safely. Roof work is optional for helpers. Assist installers and help keep job sites tidy. You'll get to see the results of your work each day—and customers love seeing their homes lit up for the holidays. What we need from you Show up on time for your scheduled days, ready to work. Have dependable transportation to our Marion shop, where you'll meet the crew. Be comfortable working outdoors in cold weather and staying active throughout the day. Be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds and help a teammate load, unload, and move a 32-foot ladder.
