One day you're installing trim and drywall, the next you're walking a customer through an estimate or managing a crew of subcontractors on a kitchen remodel. You'll be the face of Monty's—delivering top-tier handyman services and managing relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate and scope out handyman and remodeling jobs Complete hands-on handyman work (excluding licensed trades like electrical and plumbing) Manage subcontractors and oversee quality on larger projects Perform work for our membership program clients (routine maintenance and repairs) Drop off folders and build relationships with property managers and condos Collaborate with third-party referral partners Attend required team meetings and training Represent Monty's with pride, integrity, and professionalism Qualifications Must pass a background check Clean driving record (required to operate company vehicle) Verifiable experience in remodeling, handyman work, or general construction Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using technology for estimates, scheduling, and communication Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors as needed Perks of the Job Full-time W2 role Company-provided vehicle, tools, and uniform Bonus opportunities for performance and referrals Health insurance stipend Supportive, high-performance team culture Path for growth A workplace where your work truly matters Hiring Process We move quickly and professionally.
