Job Summary 1099 Independent Contractor - Handyman / Remodeling Join Full Circle Property Service as a 1099 independent contractor. We're looking for reliable, experienced individuals who can complete residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects with quality workmanship. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors will work with us on available projects based on their skills and availability. Main Work Interior and exterior painting Drywall repair, patching, finishing, and replacement Window caulking and sealing Kitchen remodeling and repairs Bathroom remodeling and repairs General handyman and property maintenance projects as needed Responsibilities Complete assigned projects professionally and within agreed timelines. Communicate with our team regarding project progress, materials, and any issues that arise. Maintain a clean and safe work area and provide high-quality workmanship that represents Full Circle Property Service well. Qualifications Previous handyman, construction, remodeling, or property-maintenance experience is preferred. You should have reliable transportation, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Own basic tools are recommended but not required. Experience across multiple trades is a major plus. Because this is a 1099 independent contractor position, contractors are responsible for their own taxes and operating expenses and may be required to provide appropriate insurance/documentation for the work performed.

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
