Maintenance Technician / Handyman - Full-Time WLC Management Firm - Corporate Office Harrisburg, Illinois Join the WLC Team WLC Management Firm is seeking a dependable, skilled, and self-motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman to assist with general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep at our corporate office and as needed within our organization. We're looking for someone who is a true jack-of-all-trades —someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot everyday maintenance issues, and is comfortable handling a variety of repair and improvement projects. Compensation $19.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Additional availability may be needed on Weekends depending on maintenance needs or projects Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting projects Troubleshoot and repair basic facility and equipment issues Assemble, install, move, or repair office furniture and equipment Perform preventative maintenance as needed Assist with indoor and outdoor property upkeep Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner Identify maintenance or safety concerns and communicate needed repairs Assist with special projects and other maintenance needs as assigned Qualifications Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or related experience preferred General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repairs Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects Ability to safely use common hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer BCBS Insurance Plans Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Vacation PLAWA And More!
