We manage a portfolio of residential properties and are looking to build a long-term working relationship with a skilled, reliable independent contractor for ongoing renovation, repair, and maintenance projects.

Pay:

$20 - $25 per hour, depending on scope and experience What you'll be doing: Renovation, repair, and maintenance work across occupied and vacant residential properties, including but not limited to: Drywall repair Painting Flooring Basic plumbing/electrical Contractor Structure Independent Contractor (1099) Consistent project flow available on a rolling basis Contractor sets own schedule for completing agreed-upon scopes of work within quoted timelines Contractor provides own tools, transportation, and is responsible for own taxes and insurance What We're Looking For Proven experience in residential repair/renovation trades Strong communication and follow-through Ability to work independently and manage your own timeline Clean, professional work habits, especially in occupied/tenant properties Compensation & Bonus Opportunities Pay is based on experience and scope of work. Contractors who consistently deliver quality, on-time work may be offered performance-based bonuses and priority access to additional projects. Project Communication To keep projects on track across multiple properties, we ask contractors to provide progress updates (including photos of completed work) at agreed milestones or upon completion of each scope of work, and to flag any delays or issues as they arise.
