In and Out Cleans is a growing local cleaning company based in Fortville, Indiana, specializing in high-quality residential cleaning and Airbnb / vacation rental turnovers. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors (1099) to join our team as Airbnb Turnover Cleaners. This is a flexible, choose-your-own-jobs position — you decide which properties you want to clean and when you want to work.

What You'll Do:

Clean and prepare Airbnb and short-term rental properties after guest departures (turnovers) Follow detailed checklists to ensure every unit meets high standards for the next guest Reset beds, restock supplies, sanitize high-touch areas, and leave properties guest-ready Communicate clearly through our professional mobile app (job acceptance, check-in/out, photos, and notes)
