Job Description

We are now hiring a Maintenance proffessional. Our target canidate will be reliable, honest, personable, clean cut, well spoken, have a clean record, and

VERY TALENTED!

Ideal hours will be full time M-F 8-4pm or part time Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Additional days and hours will be readily available when we are in the middle of a signicant repair or upgrading / remodeling units. Looking for a Jack of All and a Master of Most! Cabinets, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing are required skill sets. Must have own tools and reliable transportation to work. Fuel compensation will be provided when servicing remote sites. We are offering $25 per hour, 50% of health insurance, dental, vision. Flexible days off when adequate notice is provided. Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds. Perform preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds. Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds for safety and functionality. Perform basic electrical repairs. Perform basic plumbing repairs. Perform basic carpentry repairs Serious inquires only please
