Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, and maintenance tasks to ensure each unit is move-in ready. If you take pride in your work, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins within established deadlines. Complete painting, drywall repairs, and touch-ups. Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and hardware. Replace blinds, locks, and other unit components as needed. Ensure apartments are clean, safe, and meet company quality standards. Assist with general property maintenance and grounds upkeep when needed. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with the maintenance supervisor and property management team. Qualifications Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Competitive pay based on experience.
