Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a trustworthy and reliable individual to assist with property management tasks the Jersey Shore As a Property Caretaker , you will ensure properties meet our quality standards between guest visits, perform minor maintenance tasks, and support general upkeep. This is a great opportunity for individuals with flexible schedules with great communication skills and attention to detail. Conduct quality control walk-throughs of properties between guest stays Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, and basic troubleshooting Report any property issues requiring further attention Ensure properties are guest-ready, checking cleanliness and supplies Assist with occasional errands related to property upkeep Commit to being on-call for in-person guest emergencies
Requirements:
Jersey Shore local resident Reliable transportation is required Readily available during peak season especially (May-September) Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance
Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience
