Job Description

Job Overview Wildwood Ocean Towers (Wildwood, NJ) is seeking candidates for a full-time, year-round

MAINTENANCE

position with handyman experience. Part-time package considered. Required skills include ability to complete minor electrical , plumbing, and carpentry jobs (changing electrical outlets, repairing leaking pipes, drywall repairs and masonry work.) Weekends required in season and occasional evenings in case of emergency. Custodial duties required in the off season. Hourly wage is between $22 and $25 per hour contingent upon experience. Candidates must be 18 years or older and pass a drug test and background check. Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors, able to lift 50 lbs. or more, walk up and down stairs. Position includes earned sick leave up to 40 hours. Earned vacation pay for full-time employment up to 40 hours for the first year.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
