Job Description

Full Job Description Are you tired of chasing leads, finding reliable help, and wearing every single hat in your business? At ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman, we aren't looking for standard employees; we are looking for elite, serious tradesmen who know how to run a job but want a powerhouse support system behind them. If you are currently running your own independent business or working as a high-level subcontractor, you understand the value of freedom and autonomy—but you also know the headaches of marketing, scheduling, and administrative drag. We give you the freedom to master your craft while we handle the rest. We don't use subcontractors; we hire full-time, top-tier professionals who want ownership over their career trajectory. We are a locally-owned, independent business—not a cookie-cutter corporate franchise. We are highly decorated for our ethical standards, recognized as a BBB Torch Award winner, and consistently named a finalist for Cincinnati's Best Places to Work. We treat our team like partners, fostering a light-hearted, collaborative culture where elite talent can thrive.
