Canton / Cleveland Area/Akron, Ohio Now Hiring - Full-Time Handyman RIB Managements LLC is looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities General residential and commercial repairs Plumbing repairs and installations Electrical troubleshooting and repairs HVAC service and basic installations Drywall repair, painting, and finishing Flooring, trim, and door installation Carpentry and general maintenance Exterior repairs, gutters, siding, fencing, and other construction tasks Diagnose problems and complete jobs efficiently Maintain a clean and professional work environment Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own basic hand tools (power tools are a plus) Strong problem-solving skills Professional attitude and excellent customer service Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work indoors and outdoors
