If this is you please apply! We pay weekly! Duties

COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY!

Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess their condition and identify necessary repairs or maintenance. Perform routine maintenance tasks including but not limited to grass cuts, debris removal, all needs of the home. Utilize PPW for tracking work orders. Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of property conditions. Experience Please have HUD locks and lock boxes on hand.
