J Legacy Preservation is building a dependable network of independent field contractors throughout Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio to support property preservation, vacant-property maintenance, rental turnovers, and field-service assignments. We are looking for contractors who show up, communicate, document their work properly, and complete assignments on time.

Assignments may include:

Property inspections and photo documentation Lock changes and property securing Boarding and securing vacant properties Trash-outs and debris removal Eviction cleanouts Lawn cuts and exterior maintenance Snow removal Winterization/de-winterization support Vacant-property cleaning Rental property turns Minor repairs and general maintenance Before/during/after photo documentation

Service Area:

Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Summit, Medina and Lorain Counties.

Ideal candidates have:

Reliable transportation Smartphone with camera and internet access Basic tools/equipment appropriate for services performed Ability to follow detailed work-order instructions Ability to take clear before, during and after photos Strong communication Dependable turnaround times Property preservation, REO, field service, maintenance, construction or handyman experience preferred Contractors with experience using field-service/work-order apps are encouraged to apply. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment . Assignments are offered based on location, qualifications, availability and client demand. Work volume is not guaranteed. Specialty work requiring licensing will only be assigned to appropriately licensed contractors.
