This is not traditional recurring residential maid-service work .

Our assignments may include:

Vacant-property cleaning Apartment and rental turnovers Move-out cleaning Deep cleaning Make-ready cleaning Eviction cleanouts Post-construction cleanup Appliance cleaning Cabinets, kitchens and bathrooms Interior windows Basements and common areas Light debris removal Before-and-after photo documentation We are particularly interested in contractors who understand the difference between routine residential cleaning and getting a vacant rental ready for inspection, showing or occupancy .

Service Area:

Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Summit, Medina and Lorain Counties.

Contractors should have:

Reliable transportation Smartphone Cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to complete jobs within assigned deadlines Ability to provide clear before/after photos Strong attention to detail Reliable communication Experience with apartment communities, property managers, investors, REO properties, Airbnb turnovers, post-construction cleaning or vacant properties is a plus. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment . Contractors receive assignments based on qualifications, location, availability and client demand. Work volume is not guaranteed.
