Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on Handyman / Property Management professional to support our treehouse vacation rental property. This is a hybrid role combining general maintenance and repair work with day-to-day property and guest management. The position starts as a 1099 hourly contractor role and has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Perform general handyman repairs and upkeep throughout the property
- Respond to and resolve guest requests in a timely, friendly manner
- Monitor treehouses regularly for issues and complete needed fixes
- Blow/clear leaves and debris around the property
- Fill and maintain hot tubs/spas
- Maintain outdoor grounds and landscaping
- Check treehouses for cleanliness and functionality before and during guest stays
- Restock the boutique/guest supply area as needed
- Refill propane/gas tanks
- Check and maintain guest amenities
- Be available to assist with guest requests and check-in support
- Be available on-call for emergency maintenance or guest issues Job Type & Pay This is a 1099 contractor position paid hourly, starting at $20/hour.
