We specialize in detail oriented upscale remodeling and basic home repair for individual customers as well as property management companies. We're looking for two types - Someone who has an eye for detail, experience in construction and their own tools OR someone who is a hard worker/helper and wants to learn the trade. Pay can vary from helper pay until you learn the ropes or a percentage of each job once you've proven to be an asset. Tile, Hardwood Flooring, Cabinets, Fix Sheetrock, Finish Sheetrock, Frame New Room, Decks, Plumbing & Electrical and any other residential work other than foundations. Every few weeks we are off to a new location with a new job. The more you know the higher the pay, no worries if you can't do it all, I don't mind teaching. I'm looking to hire someone I can trust to send to a job or do a repair, someone who is on time and keeps me updated. Tools are great but not required, me and the trailer are at every job, until that changes you won't need your own.
