Part-Time Maintenance & Property Manager -
Memphis, TN Location:

Part-time (15-25 hours/week)
Pay:
$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience About the Role Ethali Properties LLC is looking for a reliable, hands-on part-time property manager/maintenance person to help oversee a 24-unit apartment community and 3 single-family rental homes in Memphis, TN. This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable wearing many hats — from fixing a leaky faucet to painting a turned unit to being the friendly face tenants know they can count on. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs across the apartment community and single-family homes (plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, etc.) Handle interior and exterior painting as needed Manage lawn care and basic grounds upkeep to keep properties looking their best Complete unit turns between tenants (cleaning, repairs, painting, prepping units for new move-ins) Serve as the on-site representative for tenants — fielding questions, addressing concerns, and communicating with the owner Take on various odd jobs and property upkeep tasks as they come up Respond to occasional on-call/emergency maintenance issues (e.g., after-hours plumbing or lockout situations) Qualifications Prior experience in property maintenance or property management preferred Own reliable vehicle and basic hand tools required Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule across multiple properties Good communication skills — you'll be the face of the ownership to tenants Must be able to pass a background check Available for occasional on-call/emergency situations outside normal hours Schedule 15-25 hours per week, with some flexibility for occasional evening/weekend emergency calls.
Pay:
$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
