Short-Term Rental Cleaner (1099 Independent Contractor) - Hiring Immediately! Savannah & Hannah's Cleaning Co. is growing, and we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team immediately! We specialize in cleaning beautiful vacation rentals throughout Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Wears Valley. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working independently, and have experience cleaning short-term rentals, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Need Reliable transportation (travel is required) Your own cleaning supplies Your own vacuum cleaner Smartphone with reliable communication Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to lift, bend, climb stairs, and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Airbnb/VRBO or vacation rental cleaning experience is preferred. Experience resetting homes to guest-ready standards is a plus. Responsibilities Complete detailed turnover cleans between guests Wash, dry, and remake beds with fresh linens Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Restock guest supplies as directed Report damages or maintenance concerns immediately Ensure every property is inspection-ready before leaving Schedule Flexible based on booking schedules Weekend availability is required Most cleans occur between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pay Competitive pay per clean based on property size and workload. 1099 Independent Contractor Position Payment Invoices are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month.
