Property Inspector & Maintenance Contractor

Overview:

Fido is seeking reliable individuals with property management and/or inspection experience to help ensure properties are guest-ready. This role includes conducting inspections, performing light maintenance tasks, and occasionally greeting guests upon arrival. We are specifically looking for candidates located in or near Austin, TX . The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and is open to taking on inspections as they become available.

Compensation:

$30-$50 per inspection

What You'll Do:

Conduct property inspections using a smartphone app Complete detailed reports, including photos and videos Pick up and deliver keys or supplies between offices and properties Install lockboxes and document the setup process Perform light maintenance tasks such as: Retrieving and delivering items Minor furniture repairs Ensuring units are clean and ready for guests
