Perfect Living Services routes home services work to independent contractors across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. We're adding handymen to our provider network.

HOW IT WORKS

We find the customer and confirm the scope before anything reaches you. When a job matches what you do and where you work, you get an offer with the payout already on it. Accept it or turn it down — there's no penalty either way, and no minimum number of jobs. You're a 1099 independent contractor, not an employee. Your tools, your truck, your schedule. Any customers you already have stay yours.

THE WORK

Mounting — TVs, shelves, mirrors, curtain rods, blinds and window treatments Assembly — furniture, shelving units, equipment Fixtures — ceiling fans, lights, hardware Repairs — doors, locks, drywall patching, paint touch-ups, baseboards Property work — turnovers, make-ready and punch lists Larger scopes — tile, flooring, interior and exterior painting, fencing Regulated trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are offered only once current Texas licensing and insurance are verified.

WHAT YOU EARN

Most jobs land between $60 and $150. Bigger scopes run $200 to $500 and up. You see the exact figure before you commit — we don't send offers with the payout hidden. Materials, parking, tolls, disposal and permit fees are quoted and approved separately. They never come out of your pay. We won't promise you a volume of work or a weekly income. What we will promise is that every offer is a real job at a stated price.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Real experience in at least one area above
• Your own tools and a reliable vehicle
• Driver's licence and current auto insurance
• General liability insurance, or willingness to get covered
• Texas licensing for any regulated trade you want offered to you
• A smartphone — job details and completion photos run through it
• Willing to complete a consent-based background check
• 18 or over Solo contractors and small crews are both welcome.
