Job Description
Bring your own crew and truck. We bring the work, the materials and the schedule. You run installs as an independent crew on our jobs. We hand you a scheduled work order with the design, the materials kitted and staged, and the address. You execute it, document it with photos at every stop, and close it out the same day. We handle the customer, the design, the product and the money — you handle clean, safe, on-time installation. 2+ years experience required Own vehicle required Field position How the season runs August - September Onboarding, paperwork and a paid walkthrough of our install standards and photo-proof process. Early jobs start as soon as you clear onboarding. October - November Peak install season. This is the bulk of the work and the bulk of the money — expect full weeks, and weekend availability matters. December Service calls and repairs. Lighter volume, fast response required — a dark roofline on December 20th is an emergency. January Takedown season. High volume again, simpler work, and the last major earning window of the season.
