Staybridge Suites Las Colinas Irving, TX Job Details Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Removing debris Equipment repair Locksmithing Electrical maintenance Filter replacement Full Job Description Main Hotel Maintenance Duties 1. Guest Rooms Repair/inspect HVAC, AC, and heating Fix toilets, sinks, showers, faucets, drains, and leaks Repair refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals , etc. Fix TVs, lights, outlets, and switches Repair doors, locks, hinges, and furniture Replace light bulbs, batteries, and filters. Address water leaks, ceiling damage, wall damage, and other room defects 2. Public Areas Maintain hallways, lobby, elevators, stairwells, laundry areas. Repair doors, lighting, flooring, walls, ceilings, and furniture Repair damaged fixtures and equipment Mantain clean parking spaces and daily trash removal.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
