Job Overview Grab the Map, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Renovation Specialist to lead and complete a variety of remodeling projects. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through your craftsmanship, precise installation, and efficient time management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with investment property flips. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of building material installations including flooring, cabinetry, doors, windows, trim carpentry, plastering, roofing, caulking, plumbing re-pipes, and mild electrical work (breakers and light fixtures). Ability to operate hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely. Conduct pre-inspections to ensure home will pass buyer's inspections. Collaborate with project manager to estimate costs and manage resources effectively. Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times while maintaining a clean and organized work environment on-site. Requirements Proven experience in remodeling, residential property maintenance, or related. Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry. Hands-on experience operating power tools, hand tools, and performing flooring installation or window installation. Must have a Valid Driver's License AND a vehicle to get to each location between Alvarado and Fort Worth. Must have
