Job Description
VASCO Design LLC is hiring 2 Commercial Maintenance Technicians / Handymen for steady, YEAR-ROUND commercial work — offices and warehouses across Lehi, Draper, Salt Lake, and Silicon Slopes. This is commercial work, not residential, and not seasonal.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drywall repair and commercial-quality painting
- Vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installs
Mounting:
TVs, whiteboards, and signage- Light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Office moves and furniture setup
- Industrial racking/shelving installs (training provided), including paid 1-2 week travel projects at national distribution centers
WHAT WE OFFER
- $18-24/hr depending on experience, plus 1.5x overtime after 40 hours
- Paid travel weeks — hotel and per diem covered by the company
- Company provides tools and materials
- Spanish-speaking, bilingual team — English welcome, not required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in construction, maintenance, or painting
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willing to work occasional overtime and paid travel weeks
- Punctual, dependable, and takes pride in their work
NICE TO HAVE
- Fine drywall finishing, flooring, or racking experience
- Clean driver's license
- Experience leading a crew
