Opportunity Overview MVP Cleaning Co is expanding into the St. George area , and we're looking for experienced Independent Contractor Cleaning Technicians to join our growing MVP team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position , giving you the flexibility and independence to choose the jobs that work best for your schedule and preferred service area. While you operate as an independent contractor, you'll be working within the MVP network and representing the MVP brand. We provide access to cleaning opportunities, company expectations, customer service standards, and optional onboarding resources to help you succeed. We're looking for cleaning professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well, show up when they commit to a job, and want to build a strong reputation with MVP and our customers. What You Can Expect From MVP As part of the MVP network, contractors can expect: $20-$25/hour equivalent pay , depending on job type and scope Weekly payments Access to cleaning opportunities in the St. George area The flexibility to choose which jobs you accept Clear expectations and job details before accepting work Optional onboarding resources to help you understand MVP's quality standards A team that values communication and professionalism Support from the MVP team when questions or customer situations come up Opportunities to build a strong reputation within the MVP network The opportunity to grow your relationship with MVP as our St. George service area expands Contractors may receive tips directly from customers Scope of Work MVP contractors may accept a variety of cleaning opportunities, including: Residential cleaning Short-term rental/vacation rental cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Post-construction cleaning Commercial cleaning Depending on the job, responsibilities may include: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and other cleaning tasks Completing the agreed-upon scope of work Following MVP's quality standards Communicating professionally with customers and the MVP team Arriving as scheduled for jobs you have accepted Confirming the scope of work when appropriate Completing a final walkthrough or quality check when requested Providing a professional and friendly customer experience Providing and maintaining your own cleaning equipment and supplies, including a mop and vacuum What We're Looking For We're looking for people who will represent MVP well and become a valued part of our growing network. Prior professional cleaning experience is required Reliable and responsive Honest, trustworthy, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Takes pride in the quality of their work Able to work independently while communicating with the MVP team Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods English speaking Must have reliable transportation Must provide and maintain your own cleaning equipment and supplies Comfortable working in residential homes, vacation rentals, and other customer properties Professional and respectful toward customers, homes, and MVP team members Service Area MVP is currently building our cleaning network throughout St. George, Washington County, and surrounding Southern Utah areas . As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose which jobs you accept based on location, availability, and what works best for you. Compensation & Independent Contractor Status This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity . Contractors are not employees of MVP Cleaning Co and are responsible for their own schedule, transportation, equipment, supplies, and applicable taxes. Contractors are paid weekly for completed work. No taxes are withheld from payments, and contractors will receive a 1099 form annually as required.
