Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Contractor to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our managed rediential properties. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for residential properties as well as inspections. This position requires you to have a vehichle and tools as well as a cell phone. - This is a long term position with additional financial benifits after 12 months of proven work/realibility. YOu must have a handyman license at minimum and insurance. . Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance (experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment is preferred. Qualifications Proven experience in general maintenance, repair work, or facilities management within residential or commercial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing system maintenance, HVAC repair, carpentry, welding, and painting. Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools such as ohmmeters, and maintenance painting supplies. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members. Valid knowledge of building interior maintenance standards along with plumbing system repair techniques.
