Want full-time hours, fresh air, and work you can actually see when the day ends? If you like using your hands, solving problems, and changing scenery, keep reading. If you want easy, mindless work, this isn't it. Who We Are Renova Exteriors helps PNW homes shine year round. We care about communication, collaboration, and quality work, and that matters if you're the kind of Seasonal Lighting Installer who wants to do work you're proud to put your name on. This is a fit for someone who wants professionalism without the stiff corporate feel. You'll be around people who work hard, communicate clearly, and still show up with a smile. What You'll Be Doing Your days won't feel copy-pasted. You'll be outside, moving, creating, and working on different homes instead of staring at the same four walls. You'll solve real problems, work with clients and coworkers, and help create a finished result people notice right away. It's the kind of work where quality shows, and so does effort. If you're energized by learning, challenges, and seeing a home transformed by what you did, you'll probably love this. If you care about doing it right, not just getting it done, you'll fit in fast. The Hiring Process We have a rigorous process for hiring, but it moves FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly. Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
