  • 22/hr + Commission + Bonuses Read This First — This Job Is Not for Everyone We are not looking for someone who just wants a job.
We are looking for someone who can run one of our vans, solve problems in the field, and make money doing it.
This Job IS For You If:
You've worked as a diesel tech, heavy equipment mechanic, or industrial maintenance tech You can figure things out without someone holding your hand You're comfortable being on the road all day You take pride in fixing things right the first time You like the idea of making more money based on performance (commission + upsells) You can communicate professionally with customers You want to be part of a growing company with real opportunity
This Job Is NOT For You If:
You need constant supervision or direction You're not comfortable working independently in the field You don't like physical work or getting dirty You call out, show up late, or make excuses You're just looking for a steady hourly check and nothing more You have no experience with mechanical systems or equipment
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Driving a fully stocked service van to job sites Diagnosing and replacing hydraulic hoses on construction equipment, fleet vehicles, and industrial machinery Managing your own inventory and truck stock Completing service tickets using mobile software Communicating directly with customers on-site Identifying additional repair opportunities (this is where commission comes in) What Your Schedule Actually Looks Like (Read This Carefully) This is not a traditional 8-5 job — and that's intentional. Your day is driven by service calls, not a clock. Example of how your week may look:
Monday:
You might have a scheduled service call at 7:00 AM, complete it by 9:00 AM, then wait for the next job. During downtime, you will be making sales calls, checking in with customers, and staying ready for dispatch. A call might come in at 4:00 PM that takes 2-3 hours — once it is done, you are done for the day.
Tuesday:
You might not have any service calls. Your responsibility is to stay available, be in your territory, and generate business (this directly impacts your commission).
The Bottom Line:
Some days start early Some days end late Some days are slow Some days are nonstop If you need a predictable, clock-in/clock-out schedule, this is not the job for you. If you like freedom, variety, and the ability to control your income, you will thrive here.
Compensation:
$18
