Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Fleet Mechanic, or Industrial Maintenance Technician. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs. Experience troubleshooting and repairing heavy-duty equipment and industrial vehicles. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation. Valid driver's license and personal mechanic's toolbox required. Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. Previous lead mechanic or foreman experience preferred.

Job Duties:

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy equipment, diesel engines, and industrial machinery. Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components. Service and maintain forklifts, excavators, trailers, industrial tractors, and heavy-duty vehicles. Inspect equipment, identify mechanical issues, and perform corrective maintenance repairs. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and equipment diagrams. Manage assigned equipment fleet maintenance, parts coordination, and repair documentation. Communicate repair status, service updates, and equipment needs with customers and internal teams.
