Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tractor and Mower Service Technician, where your expertise will drive the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of agricultural, and residential equipment. In this energized role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring machinery operates at peak performance, supporting our customers' productivity and safety. Your mechanical skills and passion for equipment will help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Diagnose and repair tractors, mowers, and farm machinery using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) schematics and technical manuals Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, tire service, and brake repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance Conduct electrical diagnostics on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, transmissions, and suspension components Fabricate parts or modify equipment using hand tools, welding techniques, and fabrication skills to meet specific repair needs Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, forklifts, cranes, or tractor-trailers during servicing or testing procedures Use power tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on construction machinery and industrial equipment Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and OEM specifications while maintaining detailed service records Requirements Proven experience working with dealership service departments or in heavy equipment maintenance environments Strong mechanical knowledge of farm machinery, construction equipment, and industrial machinery including transmissions, hydraulics, and diesel engines Familiarity with schematics for electrical systems and automotive diagnostics tools Hands-on experience with welding, soldering, alignment procedures, HVAC systems, and heavy lifting techniques Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators or forklifts safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving Valid experience in using hand tools, power tools, and vehicle maintenance equipment; certifications in diesel mechanics or heavy equipment operation are a plus Join us in delivering top-tier service by leveraging your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment!
