Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of heavy dirt and paving equipment. Work on all kinds of machines, primarily focusing on Caterpillar and John Deere fleets Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and HVAC/Climate control faults on excavators, dozers, skid steers, and specialized paving machinery Travel regionally from our home base in Jonesboro, AR to job sites in MS, LA, TX, and other areas to handle field repairs and minimize equipment downtime.

What We are Looking for:

Experience :

5-10 years of hands-on experience working across multiple heavy equipment brands and types.

Travel Flexibility:

Ability and willingness to travel regionally out of state and stay several nights as needed, depending on the repairs required.

Skills :

Strong overall knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical schematics, and mobile HVAC systems.

Background Check:

Must be able to provide professional job references (Checks will be performed).

Attributes:

High dedication, a strong work ethic, and a history of reliable attendance.

Essential Job Junctions :

Maintain detailed service records, repair logs, and inspection reports for each piece of equipment serviced.

Customer Service :

Collaborate with customers and team members to provide excellent service support while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
