Position Description:

Pay will start at $17/hour but is negotiable based on experience and abilities. We are a family-run business. We can appreciate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You will be working alongside our Fleet Mechanic to keep our fleet of semi-trucks, box trucks, and vans operating.

Duties:

Oil changes/tires/brakes auto A/C repair minor body repairs, replacing lights, wipers fueling trucks on scheduled days assist on trailer/truck box repairs (installing e-track, patching floors) all other routine maintenance tasks assist in keeping accurate and consistent records for fleet maintenance assist on larger repairs/mechanical issues/road calls keeping shop, lots, and vehicles clean and organized

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to operate a manual transmission. Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug test. Must have clean driving record. Experience in equipment maintenance and repair preferred Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and operate machinery. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and exhibit self-motivation while on duty.
