Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing medium and heavy machinery both on-site and in the field, and this is primary out in the field. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, 90 day probationary period as 1099 sub-contractor, then brought onto payroll.

General Skills Preferred:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
• Conduct regular inspections, diagnostic tests, and repairs of equipment
• Replace or repair faulty parts, tighten bolts, change fluids, and lubricate machinery
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and provide technical advice to other employees
• Perform scheduled maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment, including construction and agricultural machinery
• Diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs as necessary
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a heavy machinery environment We are located off of Grand Ave in Glendale, AZ.
