Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair skid steers, mini excavators, compact, heavy, and aerial equipment in the shop and field. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues and complete necessary repairs. Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and corrective repairs. Maintain accurate service and repair records for completed work. Communicate equipment issues, repair needs, and findings with customers and team members. Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow established safety procedures.

Requirements Required:

Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Hands-on experience repairing skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, and/or other heavy equipment. Experience with small and/or aerial equipment is also relevant to the role. Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine troubleshooting skills. Valid CDL required. Must provide your own professional tools. Able to work independently and efficiently in both shop and field environments. #SJ1

Compensation:

$25.00 - $35.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
