Qualifications:

• Conduct diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on forklifts, ensuring optimal performance.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with forklifts efficiently.
• Apply computer skills to document work, track inventory, and order parts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet service deadlines.
• Uphold safety standards while operating equipment and interacting with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
