Job Purpose:

- As a Crane Service Technician - Level 1 at

AMERICAN EQUIPMENT HR

LLC, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our cranes in top-notch shape! Your mission is to ensure that our cranes are safe, reliable, and ready to lift heavy loads. You'll be working with a team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain cranes, making sure they operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cranes to ensure they are in perfect working condition. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with cranes, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed on cranes. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing updates and recommendations for crane maintenance. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for crane maintenance and repair.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

Some experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance is preferred Familiarity with crane operations or similar heavy equipment is a plus

Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills to work effectively in a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights safely
