Part-Time Janitorial Route Technician (Independent Contractor) - Barstow, CA $22.50 per

Stoddard Valley OHV Recreation Area Hodge Road, Barstow, CA 92311 About the Opportunity The CoBuilders LLC is seeking a dependable Independent Contractor to provide custodial and vault toilet maintenance services for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) within the Stoddard Valley OHV Recreation Area. This route services 3 public vault toilet facilities in a remote recreation area and is ideal for someone looking for supplemental part-time income with a consistent schedule. SchedulePeak Season (October 1 - April 30) One route per week Approximately 2.5 hours per cleaning Off-Peak Season (May 1 - September 30) Two routes per month Approximately 2.5 hours per cleaning

Work Hours:

Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pay $22.50 per hour Approximately $56.25 per cleaning

Off-Peak Season:

Approximately $225 Paid monthly via direct deposit Responsibilities Clean and sanitize vault toilet facilities Pressure wash restroom floors Restock toilet tissue Remove trash and litter Remove graffiti, cobwebs, and debris Inspect facilities and report maintenance issues Complete service reports after each assigned route Requirements Previous janitorial or facilities maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently Reliable 4-wheel-drive pickup truck (minimum ½-ton) Ability to transport 100 gallons of water Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in remote desert conditions Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass any required federal background screening Equipment & Supplies The CoBuilders provides approved cleaning chemicals, toilet tissue, route sheets, service checklists, and project oversight.
