We're looking for a skilled and dependable Mechanic II to help keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical issues, and support the maintenance of diesel trucks, trailers, fuel trucks, and other fleet equipment. You'll work independently on routine repairs while collaborating with senior technicians on more advanced diagnostics and repairs. Why Join Us? Competitive pay - $36-$37 per hour

Safety-focused team environment What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and fluid services.
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, air brakes, steering, suspension, and hydraulic systems.
Inspect vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
Assist with maintenance and repairs of fuel systems and pumps (training provided).
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Work alongside senior mechanics on complex diagnostics and major repairs.
Accurately complete work orders, maintenance records, and inspection reports.
Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Respond to roadside service calls as needed.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on equipment and industry best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned to support fleet operations. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent.
Two to four years of experience maintaining and repairing diesel or heavy-duty vehicles.
Working knowledge of diesel engines, air brake systems, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
Ability to diagnose and complete intermediate-level repairs with minimal supervision.
Valid driver's license.
Basic computer skills and the ability to document maintenance activities accurately.
