About the Role As a Field Site Solutions Technician, you will play a pivotal role in deploying temporary infrastructure and equipment across various project sites. You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and maintenance of large-scale event structures, ensuring that our clients have the reliable, high-quality resources they need to succeed in the field. Responsibilities Execute the installation, assembly, and teardown of large-scale tents, temporary fencing, and site perimeter solutions. Perform preventative maintenance and on-site repairs on a diverse range of rental equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize digital diagnostic tools and mobile technology to document work orders, track inventory, and report project progress in real-time. Collaborate with site teams to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues on equipment. Manage the logistics of equipment transport, including loading, unloading, and staging materials for site deployment. Adhere strictly to safety standards and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment. Required Skills Proven experience in the installation of tents or temporary construction structures. Ability to travel extensively to project sites as required by business needs. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Preferred Skills Prior background in general construction or heavy equipment maintenance. OSHA 30 certification or similar safety training. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in electrical or hydraulic systems.
